Description

In the company "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) the company management of GUDIZ Ltd asked for the help in process automation of customer relationship management.

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) for the purposes of automation of these tasks offered the software products "1C: Trade Management 8" and "to BIT:CRM 8". Software "1C: Trade Management 8" solves the following problems:

  • drawing up and the analysis of the plan of implementations by different characteristics of accounting on the basis of data analysis about sales for previous periods;

  • comparison of the planned sales of products with actual;

  • planning of the entering and outgoing payments;

  • accounting of orders of buyers and tracking of stages of order fulfillment to the supplier;

  • order placement of suppliers and control of their execution;

  • formation of the payment schedule of funds expenditures;

  • sales management (including wholesale, retail and commission trade);
  • supply management;

  • management of warehouse stocks;

  • customer relationship management;

  • analysis of a goods turnover of the enterprise;

  • price analysis and management of price policy.

Software "BIT: CRM 8" is intended for increase in efficiency of sales by automation and process optimization of customer relations. The program is used in work of the commercial director, head of sales service, the head and managers of sales department, the head of marketing, company executive.

The program "BIT:CRM 8" solves problems:
