"VTB Factoring" completes upgrade of the used technology of reporting, processing and data storage

Neoflex completed implementation of the data warehouse of Neoflex Reporting for VTB Factoring.

Background

Within agreements on factoring service of VTB Factoring monthly finances on average about 65 thousand deliveries of the clients. Growth of volumes of business determined need of improvement of the technologies for reporting used in the company regarding accounting, processing and data storage by factoring transactions.

After carrying out the analysis of possible options of creation of reporting system on factoring transactions the management of VTB Factoring made the decision on creation of the data warehouse which would become a basis for formation of a broad spectrum of different reports of the company. Project works were entrusted specialists of Neoflex company.

Solution

During the project the data warehouse based on the Neoflex Reporting system supporting formation of three main units of the reporting is implemented. The first block – the reporting on a status of a portfolio of the company by clients, debtors, structural divisions of the company and also reports in a temporary section and in dynamics. The second block – the reporting intended for efficiency analysis of the business processes existing in the company. The third block allows to create financial statements on factoring transactions that gives the chance to analyze volumes and parameters of the issued financing.

Within creation of Neoflex Reporting storage by Neoflex company the subsystem of quality control of the loaded data allowing to increase efficiency of preparation of the reporting is implemented. More than 30 test algorithms including both business checks, and check of correctness of maintaining historicity in a system are implemented.

Result

Thanks to the Neoflex Reporting system collecting and data storage from different sources is automated, calculation of key indicators of activity of the company for reporting in the main directions is provided.
