Description

In 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) the company management of Sotovik-M LLC, the engaged sale of accessories for cell phones, addressed for the help in process automation of customer relationship management.

"1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) for the purposes of automation of these tasks was offered by specialists the software product "BIT:CRM 8".

The product "8" is intended to BIT:CRM for increase in efficiency of sales by automation and process optimization of customer relations. The program is used in work of the commercial director, head of sales service, the head and managers of sales department, the head of marketing, company executive.

The program "BIT:CRM 8" solves problems:
