Emerson released at the beginning of 2012 the UPS which, according to it, is the most powerful transformer system in the industry. Liebert NXL 1100kVA/1100kW UPS is expected data processing centers of the average and big sizes. According to Peter Panfil, the vice president of Global Power in Emerson which is until recently offered by this solution the level of working efficiency it was possible to receive only using use of the transformless systems.

The UPS is also supplied with protection of batteries against ground fault that provides a possibility of normal functioning in the conditions of ground fault and protection of the technicians working with direct current systems against the hazardous voltage of alternating current, Panfil added. According to Emerson, advantage of protection of batteries of ground fault consists in ensuring normal work in the conditions of ground fault. In this case, the UPS does not pass into the bypass mode as it does the transformless systems.

Emerson offers the different Liebert NXL UPS configurations, including the unimodular systems, systems with reservation according to scheme 1+N and the distributed bypass and systems with reservation according to scheme N+1 and the central bypass. Additional accumulator cabinets of the corresponding size can be equipped with a monitoring system of each separate Alber BDSi battery.
