Evgeny Shkolov is the ex-chairman of the board of directors of Ural Carriage-Building Plant, the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin.
Biography
Evgeny Shkolov was born on August 31, 1955 in Dresden (GDR).
- Since 1977 after the termination of the Ivanovo power institute worked at industrial enterprises of the Ivanovo region, underwent active duty.
- From 1992 to 1998 headed department of foreign economic relations of administration of Ivanovo.
- From 1998 to 2000 - the director-coordinator of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Ivanovo region.
- From July, 2000 to September, 2002 - the chief federal Ivanovo region inspector of the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District.
- From September, 2002 to March, 2005 held a position of the assistant administrator of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
- Since July, 2004 was the board member of JSC Transneft, JSC Aeroflot.
- In March, 2005 it is appointed the vice president, in April of the same year the board member of JSC Transneft.
- From November, 2006 to October, 2011 held executive positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (the Head of Department of economic safety, the deputy minister).
- In 2011-2012 worked as the chairman of the board of directors of open joint stock company "Ural Carriage-Building Plant scientific and production corporation of F.E. Dzerzhinsky".
- Since May, 2012 - the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin. Heads the interdepartmental working group on counteraction to illegal financial transactions.
Valid state councilor of the Russian Federation of 1 class.
