The management of Victoria hotel addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) for elimination of the developed difficulties under the authority of operational accounting of activity of gym. Having revealed and having estimated needs of the client, the staff of the Orenburg branch of BIT company proposed to the client industry solution "BIT: Beauty".

Having obtained all necessary information on a product, positive responses of other companies on proposed solution, having studied functionality of the program in operation, the management of Victoria hotel made the decision on purchase and implementation of the program "BIT: Beauty".

At the time of implementation the customer company did not use 1C. Within project implementation installation and setup of the software product was made and also primary training of the administrator of gym of hotel in work with the program is provided.

As a result of implementing solution costs decreased, employee performance of hotel was tripled, customer service quality increased, the quantity of human errors decreased, and it became much simpler to keep account. In further plans of hotel — to continue cooperation within information and technology maintenance.
