Circuit from Intersoft Lab in the Russian International Bank

CB RMB Ltd and Intersoft Lab company announced in May, 2012 start of the project on control automation by profitability of bank on the basis of an IT product of the class Business Performance Management (business performance management) – the Circuit BPM platforms. In only 12 months of Intersoft Lab with the assistance of employees of the bank is going to implement setting of methodologies and to automate management accounting, functional and cost the analysis, transfer resource management, planning and control of the overhead budget and the capital investments.

In April, 2012 the Russian International Bank started implementation of the BPM project on management of profitability of the business. Carrying out the preproject inspection performed by specialists of Intersoft Lab allowed to optimize "scenario" of the project, to define readiness of the techniques and technologies intended for efficiency evaluation of activity of the directions of bank, profitability of banking products for automation.

As a basis for creation of corporate VRM sistemy bank selected the Circuit platform. According to the results of inspection of bank the management of RMB came to a conclusion that it is necessary to upgrade a control technique profitability of bank and to charge this company performance of Intersoft Lab which during the preproject confirmed the competences of data domain. This solution of the management of RMB not only pursued the aim to improve bank methodology of assessment of profitability according to today's realities, but also promoted reduction of terms of implementation of all project.

Control automation by profitability of banking business on the basis of the Circuit BPM system will allow to bring preparation of the management reporting in the Russian international bank to new qualitative level. With the help VRM sistemy bank will be able quickly to receive the exact, based on actual data efficiency evaluation of activity of the different CFD, information on profit which is made by different banking products and clients of bank and also to reveal profitability reserves. Implementation of the BPM-project will promote creation of an effective system of motivation of divisions and business process optimization in bank.
