"Deposit Insurance Agency" completes implementation of EDMS

The Digital Design company started project implementation of system implementation of electronic document management of DocsVision 4.5 in the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation.

Plans and expectations

More than 500 employees of the Agency will become users of EDMS. About 20 upper managers of the company will be able to work far off with a system on iPad by means of a product of "The head's tablet".

Goal

New EDMS is implemented for increase in efficiency of a management activity of Deposit Insurance Agency. It is planned that a system will allow to reduce terms of approval of documents, will make interaction of different divisions more operational. One more important task facing EDMS is control of performing discipline.

Admissions and restrictions

The implemented electronic document management system will provide registration of the entering and outgoing letters, issue of instructions and control of performing discipline. In EDMS about 100 different management processes, such as approval of agreements and requests will also be automated. At the same time the solution will be integrated with some other information resources of Deposit Insurance Agency. In particular, consolidation with a gating system of Visitor Control will provide end-to-end process of issue of admissions to guests of the organization from application before a design of permission to an input. EDMS will be also integrated with a corporate portal of the Agency, the product "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER", a packet "Lot-based mail".

Specialists of Digital Design will provide to heads of Deposit Insurance Agency a possibility of mobile work with EDMS by means of the product "Head's Tablet". Top managers of the company will be able to browse and approve documents on iPad, to take out resolutions, to create hand-written and voice comments. It will allow to support the continuity of management processes and to increase their efficiency.

On August 5, 2014 the Digital Design company announced project completion of workflow automation by request of Deposit Insurance Agency State Corporation

The Digital Design company implemented the electronic document management system (EDMS) on a software platform of Docsvision 4.5 in the State corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" (DIA Group). A system is expected 300 users.

Within the project specialists of the company integrator created a uniform structured storage of documents, automated document flow process, carried out data migration and documents from the previous electronic document management system to new EDMS on a software platform of Docsvision 4.5.

"The project was large-scale and lasted over a year — Victoria Pak, the manager of projects of department of corporate systems of Digital Design company told. — The customer accurately understood what volume of business processes he needs to automate and what result he wants to receive. Except automation of office work processes, during the project the specialized solution providing planning, preparation and holding meetings of collegiate organs was implemented. Transition to new EDMS was caused, including, and need for increase in efficiency of processing and execution of a large number of the documents making primary activity of DIA Group – citizens' appeals and statements of investors. For the purpose of increase in control of performing discipline different reports and references on execution of documents and management instructions were developed".
