The history of investment group of companies "Hey Es Dzhi" (ASG) originates on October 14, 1991 – when the Obrazovaniye joint-stock company which got the second number in the state register of joint-stock companies of the Republic of Tatarstan was registered. The company performed training of specialists for work in the conditions of market economy, trained in bases of business activity, elements of computer literacy, held seminars, lectures and consultations on investment activities and transactions in security market.

Gradually extending activity led to emergence of Obrazovaniye group which included more than ten enterprises working in spheres of investment activities and securities, the real estate and construction, consulting and a brokerage.

Developing the new direction on work with the real estate, Education actively began to purchase office and shopping facilities at auctions, to perform operations of exchange of securities for the real estate, to perform reconstruction and repair, to carry out conversion of the purchased buildings and to lease them. Considering the increasing interest in the real estate from raider structures and lack of the accurate legislation protecting the interests of the owner the group pays special attention to reduction of risk of loss of property and its protection against encroachments of the third parties. For consulting maintenance of activity of the enterprises of group, including the solution of legal, financial, accounting, personnel and other issues the group attracts "Volga Region Anti-recessionary Institute" (VRARI).

By the end of 2000 the real estate began to make a considerable part of assets of Obrazovaniye group and to bring stable high income from delivery it in lease. Crisis of 1998 showed that real estate investments are the most effective. Considering it and also stagnation in the stock market, the group contracted the activity in the stock market and directed personnel potential to professional mastering of the real estate market. At the beginning of 2001 the Group changed the name and began to act under the new brand "Single Rent System" (SRS).

Thanks to a debugged and highly effective system on leasing of the real estate of "EAS" it was succeeded to involve a great number of owners of a real estate who transferred a real estate to it to the control.

Since 2005 in the Republic of Tatarstan formation of the land market began. Within the next years the Single Rent System Group of companies purchased the land plots with a total area more than 20 thousand hectares.

The perspective of mastering of such volume of lands demanded to look at mechanisms of management, implementation and investment attraction in a new way. As the most effective form of development of group the model of creation of mutual investment funds under control of home management company was selected. At the beginning of 2007 the AS Management Management company was created. On June 14, 2007 the Kazan land investment fund, and on January 10, 2008 – the Kazan rent investment fund was registered. In the structure of mutual investment funds capital assets of group in the form of a real estate and stocks of the companies of group were transferred, and the task of effective management and creation of "land bank" is set for management company.

In 2010 the group entered in new quality and under a new brand of AS GROUP: with the updated, clear and transparent management structure, with the aggregate market value of assets more than 20 billion rubles, as a part of which the real estate with a total area of 300 thousand sq.m. and the land plots with a total area more than 25 thousand hectares.

The main region for investments of group is Tatarstan. At the same time, ASG is planned implementation of a number of projects in other regions of Russia and abroad in the field of the residential real estate for the purpose of studying of experience and use of the received practice in development of the regional real estate market of Tatarstan. In plans of group also to bring shares of investment funds to the Russian and international stock markets.

For positioning of group in foreign markets, attraction of a wide range of investors and tenants the decision to change the name of group to "ASG" ("Hey Es Dzhi") formed from AS Group was made.
