Center of Speech Technologies (CST) (Loud-hailer of II)

CST was developed by "the Loud-hailer of II" for needs of the St. Petersburg subway where a system is already actively applied. Informing staff of the subway on an extraordinary meeting or technicians at stations in case of emergency situations in operation of the equipment conducts "the Loud-hailer of II". The one-time notification up to 30 subscribers is performed by stationary or mobile phones. When obtaining the message the subscriber confirms the notification fact, saying a required phrase. A system will recognize his answer and writes in base.
