Moscow State Legal Academy (MSLA) (BIT-AVROBUS: Calculation of grants)

The expert center on work with the state organizations of BIT company completed system implementation of accounting and calculations on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in the Moscow State Legal Academy (MSLA) of O.E. Kutafin. Based on the programs "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8", "BIT: Salary and the personnel in university", "BIT: Calculation of grants", "BIT: Settlings with students" accounting and preparation of the regulated reporting, settlement with students on 10000 agreements, payroll calculation for 1500 employees and grants for 3000 pupils, personnel records, accounting of activity of dining rooms and buffets is automated. In a single system 45 users of accounting, settlement, personnel and planned departments work.

The Moscow State Legal Academy (MSLA) of O.E. Kutafin – the legal university, largest in Russia. The academy provides training in the directions of law, law-enforcement activity, judicial examination. In MGYuA and its branches 17000 students study today, the university totals more than 150000 graduates.

MGYuA cooperates with Expert center on work with the state organizations of BIT company since 2000. Till 2012 account of academy was kept in the programs "1C: Enterprise 7.7". With change of the legislation regulating accounting of public institutions it was required to pass to the 1C:Enterprise 8 programs. The project during which it was necessary to automate accounting, settlings with students, payroll calculation and grants, personnel records, accounting of activity of dining rooms and buffets was charged to BIT company.

Specialists of BIT executed data transfer in a new system, adapted programs to requirements of university, provided user training. Now 45 jobs are automated. Project Results

Accounting and reporting are conducted according to new requirements of the legislation. In the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program accounting of 45000 units of fixed assets, accounting of material stocks, settlings with advance holders, accounting of forms of the strict accounting, accounting of settlings with suppliers and pupils, formation of the regulated reporting, etc. is automated.

A new system helps to control financial indebtednesses of pupils timely. In a system calculations on 10000 agreements on paid training, accommodation in the hostel, additional services of the hostel (lease of the TV, notebook, Internet access, etc.), additional educational programs of university are implemented. Accountant officers of MGYuA control payment due dates, the debts of pupils. The program provides reports on the amount of debt and percent of a debt in relation to the annual value of training, automatically charges a penalty fee on overdue payments.

Accounting of activity of points of public catering of university (two table and eight buffets) is automated that allowed to simplify control of their profitability, to avoid errors in calculations.

In a system payroll and personnel records more than 1500 employees of university is kept. Using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program and the specialized solution "BIT: Salary and the personnel in university" are considered such features of universities as presence of the professional qualification groups (PQG), categories of personnel, allowances, academic degrees, ranks, an hourly pay of work of teachers. Specific algorithms of calculation of allowances and awards are configured. The reporting on expenses of university on the salary and taxes under articles of financing (budgetary, extrabudgetary funds, grants, etc.) is prepared. Formation of personnel orders, forms of employment contracts and supplementary agreements, any personnel orders, reports on the staff list, regular arrangement, the unified forms of the staff list (T-3), including on financing sources is automated.

A system helped to simplify payroll calculation and to provide its timely payment, to reduce the volume of routine work on personnel records, to minimize errors.

Precise calculation of grants and surcharges for 3000 students of academy is implemented. Using the specialized program "BIT: Calculation of grants" is made payment of grants and deposition, formation of postings for the accounting chart of accounts and also all analytical reports on financing sources, articles of financing and codes of budget classification. The staff of settlement department got rid of need to execute these transactions manually.
