The viscount (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Ukraine)

In the Vikonda company specializing in release of metalplastic windows the next stage of automation of operational management accounting of production based on a software package "1C:Enterprise 8 is completed. Management of manufacturing enterprise for Ukraine". System implementation was performed by White Wind company (Kryvyi Rih). During the project connection of the equipment for production of metalplastic windows to the implemented ERP system therefore transfer to the equipment of data on the sequence of cutting of constructions is performed was executed. Further the equipment submits information on completion of each transaction to a system that allows to control the number of the transactions executed with each product and to fix start time of production of a product. Thus, control of a technology production process is exercised.

Implementation of technology of barcoding of products allows to trace a production process, release and shipment of finished goods in real time.

By means of integration of an automated system into the Calculation of Constructions program and the Whokna complex import to the ERP system of the complete information about orders and also information on linear cutting of materials used further for printing of cutting charts that allows to optimize work of managers is implemented and to minimize risk of emergence of errors.

Besides, data exchange with the accounting systems of dealers of the company is adjusted.

Also implementation of elements of transport logistics was executed. Implementation of the module "1C:Enterprise 8. The control of motor transport for Ukraine" automated work of transport department.

40 jobs in department of production planning and delivery, in department of acceptance and order processing, on production, in accounting, in finance division are automated.

In plans of the company – implementation of a subsystem of control over correctness of the transactions executed by employees in the ERP system that will allow to minimize influence of "a human factor".
