In the Russian leasing company Carcade (Moscow) system implementation of SAP ERP and creation of the data warehouse on the SAP BI platform is complete. This project is the first successful experience of implementing solutions of SAP company in the field of the Russian leasing.

The Carcade company is one of the largest leasing companies in Russia. The regional network of sales Carcade Leasing covers 47 departments in 42 cities of the country, the total number of employees is more than 400 people.

Due to business development and rapid expansion of network of regional representative offices in 2006-2008 when 25 new departments were open, load of the existing information system of the leasing company repeatedly increased.

According to Oleg Zaglyadin, the director of the department of information technologies of Carcade Leasing, at some point the company needed change of an information system. And it was required that IT solution coped not only with the current volume of tasks, but also with business development could satisfy the growing requirements of the organization. After the careful analysis of the foreign software products presented at the market a choice was made for benefit of the SAP solution ERP as it is most adapted for the Russian companies of medium and large business. To perform work on system implementation the ND Group company was attracted.

The project was executed for 1.5 years. Within the project daily calculation of the main KPI is implemented, the system of formation of the management reporting in real time based on KPI is implemented, reliability and availability of information storage is increased, the necessary performance of systems, including in remote divisions is provided, business processes of three key departments of the company are automated.

In plans of the company – business process reengineering and further development of the solutions used systems due to SAP implementation of Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and also the organization and support of the channel of Internet sales and mobile sales based on SAP CRM Internet Sales, Mobile Sales, SAP Portal.

Larisa Vlasova, the CEO of Carcade Leasing is sure that investments into modern technologies allow to bring business to qualitatively new level that is very important for strengthening of positions of the company in competitive struggle.

According to Mr. Zaglyadin, Carcade became the first Russian leasing company which took a successful step on product introduction of SAP. But the first to be not always simple: the lack of experience in implementation of similar projects in the leasing industry complicated the solution of some questions. However as a result all difficulties were successfully overcome, and Carcade laid the strong foundation for development not only the information system, but also business of the company in general.
