IC UZHDP

The IC UZhDP software product is intended for the organization of electronic document management in the ACS-ACS mode using the electronic digital signature (EDS) between a corporate information system of the enterprise and the ETRAN system of JSC RZD. Document management is performed regarding exchange of transportation documents and providing primary information on settlement.

2019: Release of industry solution of "IC UZhDP Web"

On January 11, 2019 the ITL Consulting company announced release of industry solution of "IC UZhDP WEB".

The software product is intended for the organization of information exchange between the enterprise – the user of services of railway transport (consignors and consignees) and the EXPERT of ETRAN of JSC "Russian Railways". In particular, a system solves such problems as a possibility of receiving, transfer and signing of transportation and primary railway documents the electronic digital signature (EDS) in full accordance with regulating documents of JSC "Russian Railways", maintaining legally significant archive of documents, control of settlings with the Russian Railway and many others. The progressive technologies used at system development allowed to provide the different functionality ensuring comfortable functioning in a system, reduction of time of document creation and an exception of errors in their design. What positively influences business process optimization of the enterprise and promotes cost reduction.

A system is created on a stack of technologies Java, can use DBMS one of the following solutions in quality: PostgreSQLOracle//MS SQL. Modern technologies of development provide the high performance of a system, cross-platform and security. The supported open-source PostgreSQL DBMS exempts the client from excess costs for license payments, works under all types UNIX of the-like systems and corresponds to current trends import substitution.

According to developers, the product "IC UZhDP WEB" is developed on experience more than 100 implementing solution "IC UZhDP". The solution is an independent product, does not require completions on the party of the customer and can function without use of ERP systems. Thanks to it a system allows medium-sized and small industrial enterprises to begin with small goods turnover work in the ACS-ACS mode in short terms, excepting costs for own developments. At the same time integration of the program with any internal systems of the company and adaptation of functionality under individual tasks of the customer is possible.

ITL-Consulting continues development of a system and conducts development of functional modules based on the provided technologies.

2012: Possibilities of the IC UZhDP

For May, 2012 the IC UZhDP provides:

• registration and approval of JSC "Russian Railways" of shipping requests of GU-12, rail waybills (GU-27, etc.), delivery notes on return of the empty rolling stock, applications for readdressing of a load directly from an enterprise information system;
• obtaining documents and data on transportations:
• rail waybills, shipping requests, sheets of giving/cleaning of cars, registration forms, acts of the general form;
• data on acceptance to transportation, about a rascreditovaniye of transportation documents, intersection of border crossings and arrival on transit points;
• data on carrying payments and charges at the station of departure, about charges on a destination station, the accumulative sheets resolving telegrams;
• data on the current run, technical condition and owners of cars;
• data on dislocation * cars and containers;
• certificates of work with train, certificates of work of stations with trains *;
• the automated data acquisition about the loads and cars going in the addresses of the enterprise;
• predesign of a carrying payment, route of transportation and normative delivery date;
• maintaining the normative reference books used at the organization of cargo transportation, automatic update of reference books according to the changes entered by JSC "Russian Railways";
• maintaining electronic archive of transportation documents on the party of the enterprise, ensuring access from enterprise information systems to archive of transportation documents for formation of the operational and management reporting on a status of transportations.
