State committee of the Republic of Mordovia on work and employment of the population (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

The Guarantor company (Saransk) completed the project on implementation of software products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in the State committee of the Republic of Mordovia on work and employment of the population and in its 20 subordinated organizations. Using the solutions "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: The budget reporting 8" Committee quickly redistributes budgetary funds for their more effective use, controls expenditure of the funds allocated for accomplishment of actions of republican target programs of assistance of employment of the population.

The state committee of the Republic of Mordovia on work and employment performs assistance in employment, professional training and career guidance, material support of the unemployed, participates together with employers in creation of jobs.

In the republic flexible labor market which main distinctive feature – lack of mass unemployment is created.

For 2011 with assistance of bodies of the employment service of the Republic of Mordovia found work of 26.2 thousand human.

The state committee of the Republic of Mordovia on work and employment of the population performs functions of the main manager and the receiver of the means of the republican budget of the Republic of Mordovia provided on implementation of the powers assigned to it. Effectively to use budgetary funds, the Committee needs to know precisely what amounts are required for subordinated organizations and as allocated funds are spent. Besides, it is necessary to receive quickly the consolidated statements by actions of target programs.

The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 programs and "by 1C were used for the solution of these tasks: Budget reporting 8". Specialists of the Guarantor Company implemented them in the Committee and automated accounting using 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 in 20 subordinated organizations of Committee.

As a result:

• Process of execution of the plan of the manager of budgetary funds which allowed to monitor financing of subordinated organizations, to control a remaining balance of limits of budget commitments is automated. As a result, the Committee has an opportunity to quickly redistribute budgetary funds for their more effective use.
• Process of data acquisition on use of budgetary funds by actions of target programs is organized. Now it is visually visible how many funds are spent how many it is necessary to master on each action. Thus, the Committee quickly controls application of funds on each action of Republican target programs of assistance of employment of the population that is of great importance for labor market of RM and economy in general.
• Process of adoption of the reporting by Committee from subordinated organizations is automated. Earlier accountants of subordinated organizations came to Committee on the set diagram within several days and submitted reports in paper option. Now reports arrive by e-mail and are consolidated in a system "by 1C: Budget reporting 8". Process of adoption of the reporting was reduced till several o'clock, significant savings of the budgetary funds spent earlier for business trips are provided.

The chief of financial and accounting department of the State committee of the Republic of Mordovia on work and employment of the population – Irina Viktorovna Dolotkazina notes: "With transition to software products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform we control use of budgetary funds by subordinated organizations much more effectively and also significantly reduced time by preparation of the consolidated statements".
