IT Expert carried out IT audit for TD Sherwood

The IT Expert company booked audit of a system of IT management of Sherwood Trading house on compliance of an incident management process to the specified requirements of ISO 20000-1.

"We wanted to receive recommendations about improvement of the activity connected with the solution of incidents and processing of addresses of users. In the course of works auditors of IT Expert created for us evaluation criteria using ISO 20000 and COBIT 4.1., gave professional consulting support at a stage of collecting of certificates, carried out the correspondence and internal audit procedures. As a result we received accurate actual outputs and the full structured recommendations which we will apply to improvement of the corresponding IT activity now", - the deputy CEO for organizational development of TD "Sherwood" Sergey Gashunin reported.

The audit report about the level of compliance of an incident management process to the requirements set in the conforming IT standards and also obtaining recommendations about elimination of discrepancies and determination of effective procedures of internal control in IT became result of a successful completion of the project. According to the results of audit company TD "Sherwood" created and adopted the plan of corrective actions for IT activity improvement in work, after its accomplishment is going to book repeated audit.
