The Eastern Transnational Company passed to TEZIS

Since March, 2012 in JSC VTK commercial operation of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS began. The project on workflow automation was performed in a short time.

JSC VTK is a part of the integrated Alliance Oil Company oil company and is engaged in additional exploration and development of oil and gas fields, production and preparation of oil and gas in the territory of the Tomsk region.

Since 2008 in "VTK" the automated system of approval of agreements developed by specialists of HAULMONT company is used. As a result of successful operation of this system at the enterprise, the management of Alyans management company made the decision on transfer of all structural divisions on a single platform of electronic document management based on a document management system and tasks of TEZIS.

In JSC VTK the project on automation of control of performing discipline, process of approval of documents and office was performed in a short time during the period from February 15 to February 29, 2012. The Eastern Transnational Company completely passed to the THESIS system already on March 1. Process of approval of documents is planned that the solution will allow to increase transparency of business processes, to accelerate and also to more arrange an information stream and to create a common information space between "VTK" and Alliance Oil Company management company.

As for operation of a system, employees of JSC VTK note high flexibility of a system, convenience of using and a possibility of quick search of documents that allows to reduce much non-productive costs of the company", - Kichigin Alexander, the head of information technology of JSC VTK reports.

According to the clerk of JSC VTK, Scraping Olga - "After transition to the THESIS system approval of documents became quicker and more conveniently. Thanks to a possibility of the choice approving, the initiator can arrange the started process, selecting only necessary contractors from the subsequent circle of approval of the document. It allows to reduce temporary costs significantly. In the future we are going to use systems capabilities of TEZIS to the maximum. In general, I can tell that this solution simplified work with document flow for 80%".
