Description The software product "BIT:CRM 8" on the PC of the customer of Ekspert Engineering LLC is installed.

Based on this product automated and optimized processes of customer relations, also software solves problems:

• sales management;

• management of marketing;

• analysis of sales and investments into marketing;

• service and maintaining clients.

It is held demonstrations on the correct work to the customer's employees. This product is installed without changes.

As the functionality of a standard configuration suffices.
