Federal center of cardiovascular surgery (Krasnoyarsk) (1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8)

In Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Center of Cardiovascular Surgery of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation the complex of software products is implemented. The project on automation was executed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – Krasnoyarsk.

The federal center of cardiovascular surgery in Krasnoyarsk began the medical activity in September, 2010. The center is a medical institution of new generation in which all aspects of hi-tech medical care — the modern and reliable equipment, the engineering solution of designing of the building and personnel which owns the modern techniques used in a heart surgery are integrated.

Pass to new standards of accounting and make the reporting according to requirements of the relevant legislation the medical center was helped by the specialists of "BITS" who implemented a complex of software products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) has considerable experience of automation of public institutions. Within the project the following programs were installed:

• for accounting of medicines — "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore";
• for implementation of the HR policy — "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff";
• "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", the providing exact conducting accounting and tax accounting in budgetary institutions.

The solution "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" allows to solve the following problems:

• calculate the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• store and process the complete information about employees;
• manage monetary settlings with workers;
• keep registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure.
