The Russian service company "CST Service" signed the contract on cooperation with Monsoon Accessorize-Russia on subscriber services of IT infrastructure of Accessorize retail network.
Objectives
Within the agreement "CST Service" will provide subscriber services of the automated jobs of cashiers and other equipment of 60 shops of Accessorize network. The geography of rendering services covers the Volga, Southern, Siberian, Central, Northwest and Ural federal districts.
Opinions
As noted in "CST Service", subscriber services are a new trend of technical service for retail companies. The convenience of such form of work with customers consists that the subscription fee is levied from the customer for not limited number of departures of engineers at any cases of detection of faults of the equipment. In addition in all new shops Accessorize engineers "Service" carry out by CST installation of equipment for video surveillance.
