The company of ARTI announced in June, 2012 release of the boxed solution for control and management of office printing – "Print-Control Missile defense". The new solution for medium business is designed to minimize risks of information leak on channels of printing document flow, to provide uninterrupted operation of work and to optimize maintenance costs of the office equipment, including at the expense of an exception of inappropriate use of the equipment. The beginning of sales is planned for the middle of June, 2012.

"Print-Control Missile defense" allows to collect not only the most exact statistics from all local and network devices of printing of the organization in real time, but also to store images of all tasks for printing for any time frame.

Thanks to recognition function, "Print-Control Missile defense" allows to run for full-text search on electronic archive of documents regardless of that from what application and in what format printing was initiated.

The designer of reports of the Print-Control Missile Defence system allows to create any print reports in the organization for structural divisions, employees, groups, projects, etc.

First of all medium-sized companies numbering 200-300 printing users with an average monthly capacity of printings up to 200 thousand prints A4 format are interested in system implementation. The financial service of the organization will find application for a system for obtaining data on rational use of the park of a printing equipment and amount of costs for printing by each division. On the basis of these data it is possible to create the plan of purchase of the new equipment, supplies and paper that, undoubtedly, will be profitable also to a household department.
