The project on implementation of EDMS Directum in Clover Company came to the end

Namip Group announced the e-document flow direction in October, 2012 completion of process of system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM of century of Clover Company LLC.

The management of Clover Company LLC made the decision on need of implementation of EDMS which main objective was an automation and improvement of internal processes of the company. After consideration of different options, the choice fell for benefit of EDMS DIRECTUM, having functionality, necessary for the solution of assigned tasks.

The project on implementation passed from May to September, 2012. The e-document flow direction of Namip Group - the certified partner of the developer was engaged in implementation of EDMS DIRECTUM. After carrying out the analysis of activity of the company, the list of the main objectives was made:

• Process automation of approval and the approval of financial memos in the company.
• The implementation of "The mobile solution for the head" (iDecide) allowing company management to perform operational consideration and document approval
• Rendering consulting and information services,
• Carrying out training of staff of the company in work with Basic modules.

All works on implementation were performed in time and according to the planned budget. Also, at the final stage, specialists of Namip Group modified EDMS on the additional wishes revealed in the course of trial operation. As a result of project implementation, the electronic document management system of DIRECTUM, the version of Standard, covered about 50 jobs of the company.
