Aladdin Knowledge Systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

The NORBIT (Lanit Group) company announces the beginning of the project on system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Aladdin company which is the Russian developer and solution provider for the information security (IS). At the first stage of the project which under the terms of the contract should come to the end already by the end of April of this year by Microsoft Dynamics CRM it will be implemented in department of protection of software as a part of functionality of sales management and marketing.

At the beginning of this year Aladdin held the tender for the choice of the contractor for system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The winner of the tender became NORBIT which proposed the most in details worked solution for ensuring automation of work of commercial, marketing and service services Aladdin taking into account perspectives of development of the company.

Now NORBIT started implementation of the 1st stage of an implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Aladdin within which a system will be implemented in department of protection of software against illegal distribution and piracy copying.

The 1st stage will also cover setup of functionality of management of marketing and sales of hardware electronic keys of HASP and also integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the system of accounting and other applications used in Aladdin for consolidation of the commercial information on customer interaction. According to the results of the 1st stage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system will be distributed to other departments of the company.
