The Medialux company submitted the project on automation of activity of libraries and archives on the basis of the eDocLib system. Since fall 2010 this system function in the Central State historical archive of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Preparatory part of project implementation on ensuring web access based on eDocLib started and came to the end in February, 2009 and took only three days. Within the project the special classification system of documents was created. At the moment it is provided by a number of parameters, having specified one or several from which the user can find the scanned documents of chronicles on the specific locality, since about 1795. Among the details applied to document classification – the locality, year, the province, the volost, the county, the inventory, a social group, the modern area, a document number. Reduction of terms of implementation was influenced by three factors. First, existence of the thematic DB Revizsky fairy tales of 42092 records created by specialists of TSGIA RB during 1994-1999 for execution of thematic requests; secondly, reasonableness of the eDocLib system which without completion was ideal for a task of creation of a digital library of archive documents. Besides, the lack of need of development of complex structure of the directory became an important factor. All data which were required to be entered into the system had simple classification. Within the project the task to transfer the scanned documents to the electronic directory and to provide a convenient search mechanism by those not numerous criteria which had the scanned data was set.

As a result of project implementation are available to general use of data of revizsky fairy tales since the end of the 18th century. The eDocLib system allowed to systematize the saved-up material, to increase customer service quality, to lower time for search of books, to provide simultaneous access to one document, to protect from damages and losses, to quickly register new literature. Participants of a ceremony had an opportunity in real time to perform a request in the search system of the RB Central state historical archive. As a result a system submitted the document list, containing the digitized data of unique and old manuscripts.
