Construction of the ambitious project worth 10 million dollars began two years ago. The warehouse with a total area of 20 thousand square meters is one of the biggest the logistic center in Belarus. In a warehouse there are 17 automobile gate, 5 railway docks, the big supervised parking on 50 long logs. In a warehouse different storage areas and processings of goods are organized: cameras with a temperature no more than +5, a packing zone (pass production), a zone of a stikerovka, a packaging zone The choice of the automation system began along with the beginning of building. Tasks of increase in turnover of own warehouse and diversification of business towards 3PL of the operator in general were set for the project. The problem of optimization of use of labor resources, was also one of important. Not only purely warehouse processes but also sopustvuyushchy were subject to automation: accounting of transport not of the territory of a warehouse, processing of queues on loading \loading, routing of orders, modeling of loading of routes, automation of selection of certificates to products and certificates of quality, etc. All tasks set for a warehouse complex and the automation system are executed, at the moment the warehouse complex prepares for acceptance of the first client on safe custody.
