The state registration chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

The expert center on work with the state organizations of BIT company completed transfer of FBU "The State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" on the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 system. Using the new program account is kept according to the changed requirements of the legislation. Up-to-date financial information is always available, not exceeding of limits of budget commitments is controlled. Exchange between the program of 1C and the database in which the Chamber registers legal entities is automated. It helped to increase service rate of visitors as accounts form on the basis of already entered data, there is no need to duplicate information in different bases.

A new system solves the following problems:

• settlement with the legal entities which are registered;
• control of limits of budget commitments;
• accounting more than 1000 units of fixed assets;
• operations on bank and cash desk;
• accounting of authorization of expenses;
• formation of the regulated reporting according to the relevant Russian legislation, etc.

Information on the new partners registered in base of legal entities of the State registration chamber is online loaded into a system, on the basis of this information invoices for payment automatically form. It allows to service quickly visitors, to get rid of need of repeated data entry about the partner and, respectively, to avoid errors at input.
