The state registration chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (1C: Budget Institution Accounting)

Specialists of AVRO-BUS company completed the project of automation of budget accounting of the State registration chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation based on the "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions" system. The "State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" federal state institution is engaged in accreditation of representative offices of the foreign companies in the territory of the Russian Federation, performs maintaining the summary state register of the representative offices of the foreign companies accredited in the territory of the Russian Federation, registration of the Russian investments abroad.

The implemented system allowed to adjust accounting according to requirements of the legislation. Using functionality of the program all errors on accounting of the VAT for previous year were revealed and the adjusting reports are created. Use of a system considerably reduces the probability of an error and allows to do adjustment timely.

Integration between the implemented system and the database in which legal entities are registered is executed. Thus, need of double entry of data on partners disappeared.

As a result of implementation of the software product time for tracking of operations on settlement with partners is reduced, drawing up the regulated reporting is automated, time for accomplishment of routine transactions is reduced, errors in accounting are revealed and corrected, the probability of their emergence is reduced further.
