Project Description: The retail chain stores "the Associations "Business Union" are a network of 4 epicures of self-service which are in Saransk. With the management of network it was decided to pass to the modern software product. The choice of the solution for automation of retail from Service Plus is not accidental. The first acquaintance to industry solution of "Supermag" was in 2002 when one of the Saransk networks implemented at itself software of Service Plus. Since then the management of network of epicures estimated all advantages of "Supermag" and accepted its implementation.
"The consolidation "Business Union" was the first trade enterprise of Mordovia which opened shops with the system of self-service. The epicure of Business Union located in the Botevgrad shopping complex is considered one of the largest grocery stores of self-service in the city. Food occupy all floor space of the first floor, equal 1100 sq.m. Permanent range of an epicure more than 25000 names of goods. Number of staff is 80 people.
The decision to automate network of epicures using software of "Supermag" is made thanks to broad functionality and dynamism of development of software which considers modern requirements of retail, and integrates in itself(himself) experience of most successful retail chain stores. "СуперМаг" covers not only current demands of professional retailers, but also gives great opportunities for further development of trade enterprises without change of the existing program stuffing. Such technical characteristics as speed of work and volume of data processing put "Supermag" on one of leading places in the Russian retail. Besides the Supermag software product means free obtaining new versions of software that also influenced the choice of Business Union.
The following tasks were set for Service Plus company: low time and resource costs of implementation of software and its light scalability connected with the further growth of network. Preproject work — the inspection describing document flow and business processes continued about a month. Implementation lasted week during operation of an epicure with participation of two specialists of Service Plus. Implementation of software, fast and low-cost on time and resources, is performed thanks to special technology which is put in the software product.
For automation of 11 points of sale of an epicure in Shopping Center Botevgrad Front Office the solution "Supermagician of UKM 4" is implemented. At the central office Back Office the solution "SuperMag Plus" is set. As the hardware solution the modern IT equipment for trade is used: CheckWay POS77 POS terminals, fiscal registrars of SP101, TSD of Argox PT60, printer of the Datamax-O'Neal E-class 4205 labels, Preh keyboards.
Now thanks to implementation of the hardware-software solution of Service Plus in an epicure of shopping Mall Botevgrad began to carry out much more conveniently and quicker inventories, service rate of buyers increased. There was an opportunity to use marketing tools for work with buyers. For example, to manage a customer loyalty, carrying out actions and sales, trying to obtain at the same time increase in sales. Obtaining the relevant reporting allows the management of network to make quickly management decisions on different issues of activity of the enterprise. Gradually the functionality of a system extends.
Further "the Consolidation "Business Union" is going to integrate 3 more epicures into the general network and to install the reliable equipment for trade. In the nearest future automation of the second epicure of network begins.
