Northwest Sberbank connected the five-thousandth employee to an electronic document management system

In Northwest bank JSC Sberbank of Russia, within the large-scale project on system implementation of electronic office document management in all branches of Sberbank through the whole country, the five-thousandth user was connected to a system.

SEODO based on Docsvision implemented in bank by Digital Design company provides complex automation, transparency and quality of processes of office document flow, decrease in labor costs for work with documents. In a system are processed the entering, outgoing and internal correspondence, including memos, orders, orders, agreements, etc. One of important functions of a system – control of execution of instructions. SEODO automates as internal document flow in territorial banks and Central office, and end-to-end processes of document flow between Central office and territorial banks.

Sergey Panarin, the director of the administration of Northwest bank JSC Sberbank of Russia, tells: "Our territorial bank has more than one thousand offices, and we deal with the greatest number of clients in all region, respectively, to us very important to increase efficiency of workflows. Therefore we conduct active works on connection of all our employees to a system and we aim to provide access to it in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the centralized document storage in electronic form time spent by our workers for their search noticeably decreased. Time of bringing the document to the final contractor was reduced several times, and using a transparent control system of performing discipline and the reporting on course of execution we managed to increase considerably timeliness of accomplishment of instructions".

Sergey Gaydamakov, the director of the department of automation of government institutions, Digital Design, comments: "The northwest bank was the first territorial bank with which replication of a system of electronic office document management in Sberbank began. During implementation at the beginning of 2011 training about 150 employees of the bank was provided: the clerks, controllers, secretaries and employees responsible for document flow in divisions. Our company helped to begin implementation in the first departments of bank, and all work on user training and distribution of a system among the staff of central office and departments is farther it was executed by bank independently. The activity and commitment of a project team of Sberbank provided success of implementation, 5000 connected users – excellent result!".
