Neolant developed an information and analytical system for the Omsk region

The NEOLANT company implemented in the Situational center of the Governor of the Omsk region a software package for access to results of monitoring of diverse sources of information. A system was used for the solution of information tasks during the election of the president of the Russian Federation and in City Council of the city of Omsk.

The software package of the Situational center of the Governor of the Omsk region is developed based on a software package of information and analytical support of management of the region – the IAPUR PC – Aspect. During the Aspect IAPUR PC project it was configured for monitoring of the indicators analyzed by the Government of the Omsk region, in particular the Ministry of industrial policy, transport and communication.

The software package solves 2 classes of tasks:

• Monitoring of economic and social situation of the region. A system provides the centralized maintaining data on provision in different spheres of life activity of area, allows to carry out their analysis, to quickly reveal crisis situations.
• Monitoring of objects of capital construction. The specialized module provides visual control of the course of construction works – keepings of terms and accomplishment of budget commitments according to the plan.

The implemented system already received application by preparation and elections of the President of the Russian Federation on March 4, 2012.

First, the software package allowed to provide quickly to heads of the Ministry of industrial policy, transport and communication data on preparation of polling precincts – about the course of accomplishment of installation and construction works, preparation of communication channels, installation of video cameras.

Secondly, with its help operational loading and idea on the screens of Situational data center of a turnout of voters arriving from polling precincts was organized.
