O7. Education

"O7. Education" is intended to automate preschool, general education, average special educational institutions and to transfer profile state services to an electronic form. The last can be implemented as without fail (according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 12/17/2009 No. 1993-r and its editions), and at the initiative of regions. The list of the regulated services, in particular, includes signing up in kindergarten, school, informing on results of examinations, maintaining virtual diaries, magazines. Additional the services as issue of certificates of training which are not fixed by the legislation, but so demanded by citizens, a possibility of payment via the Internet are among visit of kindergarten and a power supply.

Project "O7. Health care", in turn, it is intended for complex automation of the health sector allowing to create in the subjects of the Russian Federation uniform registers of health workers, to create electronic passports of medical institutions, to organize making an appointment with the doctor and maintaining medical records in electronic form, to carry out the accounting and the analysis of activity of health facilities. For centralization of the accompanying information "O7. The health care" assumes creation of regional segments of a single state information system of health care.
