June 04, 2015. The Plant of Industrial Equipment enterprise and the company of Cliques System announced implementation of the Customer Relationship Management System "Click. Sales" which basis was formed by a software package "Bmicro. Klient-Communicator". The functionality of a system allowed to cover all cycle of sales management of a difficult technique and the equipment: from processing of incoming requests, before completion of all balancing and commissioning.
With continuous market development of industrial equipment, expansion of the nomenclature of production and lack of a single system of customer interaction, it was difficult to "Plant of industrial equipment" to control work of sales department, at annual release more than five hundred types of products. Therefore for effective work of personnel, increase in number of the processed orders and quality improvement of process of maintaining transactions, the management of ZPO made the decision on implementation of a uniform corporate information system of the company - CRM "Click. Sales", the customized product having the unrolled functionality of sales management, integration with other information systems and powerful analytics.
In view of features of implementation process of products of ZPO, the staff of the company could fully estimate possibilities of the module of sales management. Within one transaction one document which will allow to create several commercial offers (on production and supply of equipment, on carrying out balancing and commissioning) can be created and to control the status on everyone, up to execution of the payment schedule.
An opportunity to set the access rights restrictions (ARR), in view of information security policy of the enterprise became additional benefit of implementation.
Today, the corporate Customer Relationship Management System of the enterprise supports work of all staff of sales department. Within the project 26 jobs were automated. In the near future integration "Click is planned. Sales" with the accounting system of the company and automatic telephone exchange of Oktell, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
"Before implementation of the Customer Relationship Management System orders arrived on several channels: by mail, by phone and through the commitment form on the website. Then information was processed and fixed in the paper magazine of incoming messages then it was distributed between employees with the subsequent reporting. Thanking "Click.
