On June 14, 2012 the Energodata company specializing in implementation of IT projects for the energy companies provided results of automation of investment activities of JSC MOESK at the anniversary forum of SAP which took place on May 23, 2012.
The project was executed within the global program for complex automation of financial and economic activity of JSC MOESK. The cycle of the project starting in 2011 from development of a concept before start in produktiv, made less than 9 months. Functional project scope covered seven branches – power supply networks of the Moscow region and Executive office with the total number of users about 3000 people.
Within the project of automation of investment activities the following subsystems are implemented:
- Management subsystem data of investment projects
- Management subsystem formation of an investment program
- Management subsystem plans of implementation of an investment program
- Management subsystem implementation of an investment program
- Reporting subsystem
- Subsystem of control and data analysis of investment projects
- Management subsystem data access and functionality
In a system the investment program of 2011-2015 is created. More than 15,000 investment projects are kept. All users work with the single database. End-to-end process is provided, since planning in production divisions of branches and finishing with input of primary documents and the analysis. Regulations of conducting business processes are created. All stages of project lifecycle, financial control are automated, in a system contrastive analysis by the specific cost of construction/reconstruction, a power input/gain, tracking of all changes on each object is implemented, beginning from a planning stage, finishing with commissioning, including the actual deliveries and many other indicators.

During the project the principles of ranging of investment projects are developed and automated. Taking into account change of the legislation titles where at the same time there could be also objects of reconstruction and new construction were broken up into smaller units. In a system measure calculation of efficiency, for example, such as the net discounted income of efficiency of the project (the discounted income and an expense are considered taking into account a gain of power, the price for electric power transmission, capital and operating costs), the index of profitability (1+ net discounted income / capital costs), a payback period, energy efficiency, etc. is put.
