EDMS RAMDOC

The electronic document management system of RAMDOC developed by RAMEK-VS Ltd on the Open Text platform and intended for the organization of electronic document management and office-work in state bodies and large business companies received the certificate of conformity according to security requirements of information in the system of certification of FSTEC of Russia.

Existence of this certificate allows to use the data protection mechanisms which are built in the RAMDOC system and the Open Text platform for accomplishment of the majority of requirements to the system of protection against unauthorized access ISPDN to class K1 inclusive that will allow to bring ISPDN on the basis of RAMDOC into accord to FZ-152. Class 1 (K1) – information systems for which violation of the set characteristic of security of the personal data processed in them can lead to considerable negative effects for subjects of personal data.

The received FSTEC certificate allows RAMEK-VS Ltd to provide the customers for whom EDMS RAMDOC and those who else are going to implement secure system of document flow by reliable protection of internal confidential information, including personal data already works.
