The decision on implementation was made by the guide to an initiative of the sales department of the company. Use of Electronic document management and the module of work with clients (CRM) was the main message when choosing. Also emergence of a common information space in which all activity of the company is automated was one of tasks which was set for a system.
The management received the convenient tool for management, collecting of the reporting, analytics and control. Effective work with partners, reduction of runtime of orders became result of the first stage. All routine transactions were undertaken by ELMA. Company performance in general increased.
On the next stages of implementation also integration with a 1C system is planned automation of the main business processes of the sales department.
