Electronic queue of Clio in the 1st and 5th departments MOTOTRER of traffic police of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across the Belgorod region

The management system for a flow of visitors developed by OOO "Business International Group" "Clio - the Electronic queue" successfully works in the 1st and 5th departments MOTOTRER with traffic police of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across the Belgorod region.

Main objective of the implemented system, first of all, is quality improvement of service of applicants at registration of automotor-vehicles.

Based on test operation the staff of OOO "Business International Group" carried out works on performance improvement of a system, implemented display of the current queue on seven-segment displays, performed integration with the standard regional information system functioning in divisions of UGIBDD of the Belgorod region.

Within the carried-out integration the recording capability in queue according to the statement using technology of barcoding appeared (reading and information transfer from the statement in standard regional information system TRIS).

Thousands of motorists of Belgorod and Stary Oskol who needed to deliver or strike the vehicle off the register already managed to estimate convenience of use of a system, to undergo checkup, to receive documents.

System implementation allowed to observe requirements of Rules of registration of automotor-vehicles in accuracy. The staff of the registration divisions which are directly performing acceptance and service of citizens notes considerable improvement of working conditions.
