2005: Start of the plant
The plant on production of polypropylene pipes and fitting of Heisskraft is put into operation in 2005. At design experience of the leading European manufacturers, installation was considered, the commissioning of the equipment and the organization of production process was performed by specialists from Germany.
The plant was equipped with the new modern equipment from leaders of the industry:
- Extrusion Battenfeld lines (Germany), Cincinnati Extrusion (Austria);
- ENGEL automatic molding machines (Austria), Cincinnati Extrusion (Austria);
- Molds for a fitting of the European production (Portugal, etc.).
2011: Start of laboratory
In 2011 the company brought into operation own laboratory which was equipped with such most modern German equipment as IPT and Zeiss.
Repeated laboratory tests of pipes and fitting confirm a full compliance of their characteristics to the requirements stated in GOST 52 134-2003 and the international standard of EN ISO 15874-2003.
