IT Scan and "The national water company "Niagara" announce successful project implementation automation of a warehouse complex of the enterprise based on the warehouse management system Expert Logistic.

"The national water company "Niagara", - one of the largest regional companies which performs activities for production and sale of drinking water and carbonated drinks. Production of the company is in the city of Chelyabinsk, and the realization is enabled to many regions of Russia.

The warehouse management system Expert Logistic is unrolled on all objects of a warehouse complex: preservation warehouse, finished goods warehouse and complete sets of orders, warehouse of remote storage and warehouse PET. Each warehouse is separated into process areas. The stored products, are a sparkling water, preservation, bottled water, materials for production. Products are stored, generally shtabelno, with specific sites of rack storage. Within project implementation data exchange between Expert Logistic and two external systems based on 1C is implemented. Synchronization in the main reference books and also exchange of documents on all intra warehouse and interwarehouse processes is executed.

In a system enclosure (piece, packaging, a pallet), the weight, dimensional characteristics of Inventories and also the additional attributes, for example, "rigidity of packaging" influencing logic of processing of Inventories in a warehouse are considered. Work with defective products is carried out. Lot-based (serial) account of the finished goods arriving from production is kept. The new batch (date of production, an expiration date) in a WMS system is created automatically, at acceptance on a finished goods warehouse, also the certificate on the turned-out products is brought to this moment.

Management of all chain of warehouse processes is implemented: acceptance, placement, complete set, shipment, inventory. A system controls not only intra warehouse movements of Inventories, but also movements of products between warehouses. For each warehouse the individual strategy of process management is configured. For example, at placement on a finished goods warehouse, pallets take place to the storage area, and for packagings the enclosure less pallets (piece, packaging) performs search of cells in a complete set zone.

At management of selection of Inventories according to customer orders the possibility of direct shipment a pallet from the storage area is provided in the machine, without placement in a zone of a complete set of orders at once. One part of the order can be created in a complete set zone, and other part (pallets) is shipped to motor transport at once. The firm goods (sign of rigidity) (sparkling water, big bottles) are selected in the order first of all, further on reduction of a priority of selection. For lots of products the logic of selection on FEFO is used, at shipment of orders to network clients conditions on expiration dates according to the signed contracts are considered. Each transport unit is followed by the packing list. For batches of the shipped products printing of certificates is performed. Selection and control from the storage area and shipment of the typed orders is executed on delivery routes.

Except process management in a warehouse, on a warehouse complex of "The national water company" the module of queue management of motor transport is implemented. The module allows to exercise control and control of arrival and movement of motor transport of clients across the territory of a warehouse complex, to plan shipments from warehouse. Also are traced the actual time spent of motor transport in the territory of a warehouse complex, a deviation from the expected arrival time of motor transport under loading, informing personnel and clients about a stage of loading process of motor transport. Information maintenance of drivers of motor transport is performed through an online board, and control is exercised via the system interface of Expert Logistic
