The Russian service company "CST Service" entering into Maykor group announced contract signature with network of Kenguru household shops on service of the cash registers (CR).
Within cooperation "CST Service" will ensure smooth operation of the cash register equipment in 36 shops and on two distribution centers of Kangaroo. Services will be provided by service engineers of four branches "CST of Service" in Central Federal District, says the company.
Engineers "Service will provide to CST uninterrupted operation of operation of the equipment of the customer not only on weekdays, but also in holidays. Maintenance will be performed on site operation of the equipment (on-site service) that will allow to prevent idle times in work of outlets and warehouses.
"Cooperation with 'CST Service' gives us the chance of service of a considerable part of the park of the equipment using one service company. It means that we can expect easy forecasting of future expenses, their transparency, the fixed rates and also repeated simplification of document flow" — Yury Suvorov, the head of department of technical support of Kangaroo ORTs company emphasized.
