The PrioCom company executed the project on rendering a full service support of telecommunication equipment of the national operator of Ukraine – Ukrtelekom company.

To the operator continuous support program and the hardware of all systems of transport, package and applied levels of network in the territory of Ukraine is necessary for end users for smooth operation and high-quality provision of services.

Proceeding from needs of the customer, specialists of PrioCom perform service support of telecommunication networks in Ukrtelecom in several directions, namely:

  • Service support of the trunk equipment Juniper;
  • Service support of the trunk equipment Cisco;
  • Service support of Transport DWDM network on the equipment Cisco;
  • Service support of network on the equipment of ECI
  • Service support of an OSS management system for IP services

The program of support includes the following services:

  • Diagnostics of the equipment and software of telecommunication network;
  • Recovery of complete functionality of faulty parts of systems, namely, fault recovery, technical advices, providing the software to correction on fault recovery;
  • System support of the software;
  • Access to the electronic database of the original producer;
  • Repair and replacement of the failed components of systems.

The accumulated experience and thorough knowledge of this network, allows engineers from a support command to quickly find a way out of any emergency situation and to qualitatively fix all problems of telecommunication equipment of Ukrtelekom network.
