In Krasnoyarsk Krai the ATsK-Byudzhetnye Services system is implemented

In the Ministry of Finance of Krasnoyarsk Krai the automated system "ATsK-Byudzhetnye services", providing execution of requirements of Federal law No. 83-FZ for transition to financial provision of activity of edge organizations on the basis of the state tasks is implemented.

Automation of transfer process of state budgetary institutions on the new principles of financing – the next IT project of Krasnoyarsk Krai and "Budget and Financial Technologies" Company (BFT) which was complete. At the heart of the project – an end-to-end system "ATsK-Byudzhetnye services". Results of system implementation in Krasnoyarsk Krai became:

• process automation of formation of departmental lists of services (works), calculation of normative cost of services (works), calculations of charges of property of organizations, formations of the state tasks for budget and autonomous institutions;
• sales opportunity of electronic document management between the main managers of budgetary funds and organizations, regarding collection of information according to plans of financial and economic activity of organizations and performance reports of the state tasks;
• use of the Web module due to which specialists of the main managers of budgetary funds (the bodies performing functions and the founder's powers) had an opportunity in the automated mode to create and bring the state tasks to organizations, to perform calculation and finishing the amounts of subsidies for accomplishment of the state task, monitoring of accomplishment of the state tasks.

As a result for the Ministry of Finance of Krasnoyarsk Krai, the main managers of budgetary funds (the bodies performing functions and the founder's powers) the flexible and functional tools providing implementation of requirements of the current legislation and also allowing to create clear, transparent and effective structure of financing of public institutions are implemented.

Implementation "ATsK-Byudzhetnye services" became the next stage of successful cooperation of the Ministry of Finance of Krasnoyarsk Krai and BFT Company directed to creation in the region of an effective management system for public finance. Now in the Ministry of Finance of Krasnoyarsk Krai software products of the ATsK family are applied: schedule systems and budget implementation ("ATsK-Byudzhetnye services" and ACS of BP "ADC-Finance").
