FB-Leasing implements the solution of automation of input of notifications on penalties of traffic police

ABBYY and Correct company, completed implementation in FB-LIZING LLC of the complete solution on automation of input of notifications on penalties of traffic police and their readdressing to clients of the company. Within the project the system of stream input of data ABBYY FlexiCapture is implemented.

Task

Due to the step-by-step commissioning of cameras of automatic fixing of violations the number of notifications on penalties strongly increased in Moscow. As the traffic police base does not contain information on the lessee, notifications on penalties come to the leasing company. According to the Federal law on leasing, responsibility for similar violations should be postponed for the lessee. With respect thereto input was required to automate FB-LIZING companies and to implement the system of automatic readdressing of this information to the clients.

Solution

Specialists of FB-LIZING under the leadership of the director of the department of information technologies Vyacheslav Alpatov created requirements to functioning of a software package and addressed to Correct company. The customer selected the simplest solution for implementation using which was going to leave from need of manual work during transactions of starting documents. Specialists of Correct and ABBYY suggested to automate process using system implementation of stream input of data of ABBYY FlexiCapture.

Result

At the moment in the organization labor productivity of employees is increased, processing of notifications on penalties of traffic police is standardized and accelerated, it is as a result processed up to 5,000 documents on penalties a month.
