The ITM company completed the works on system implementation of management of maintenance and repairs on the basis of the TRIM-PMS software product (development of NPP Spectec) in the company of Fate of Plumbing fixtures, affiliated enterprise of Roca Group corporation, producer of sanitary ceramics.

In September, 2006 there began production the new production site of the company in the Leningrad Region. Number of staff is it about 100 people. The plant is equipped with the expensive equipment for which increase in efficiency of operation it was decided to implement the information management system maintenance and repairs.

For automation of standard processes of a MRO it appeared rather standard functionality of a system. The project was performed from June to September, 2007, however taking into account "a season of holidays" labor costs from the beginning of the project before delivery of a "turnkey" system made only 20 man-days.

Inspection was executed using standard the check sheets within 1 working day. On this basis the specification on implementation with indication of the automated processes, functions of users, installation sites of a system, access rights, the scheduled plan of works on implementation with the description of all stages of works, including the program of acceptance tests was developed. More than a half of all labor costs on the project was the share of creation of the database which to project finish included information on 2031 spare parts, 605 objects of a MRO, 52 standard works, and on 1-5 planned works for each of 226 objects.

For a start in a system three workplaces – for the chief engineer, the chief mechanical engineer and the chief power engineer are created. For runtime of the project specialists of ITM company left on the enterprise of the customer of 5 times. The total cost of the project is estimated at 150 thousand rubles, including the cost of software licenses (54 thousand rubles).
