Microsoft CRM is implemented at the Russian state trade and economic university

The complex implementation project of Dynamics solutions of AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implements RGTEU with the assistance of I-Teco company.

The choice of technologies of the project is predetermined by earlier made choice of key vendor, and the decision on need of implementation is made taking into account growth of needs for management of educational process.

Alexey Anosov, the vice rector of the Russian State Trade and Economic University (RSTEU) noted that as a result the management of university would like to receive the complete system constructed on related products. "We aim to unify the platform provided in university and more than four years actively we cooperate with Microsoft — the vice rector explained. — Having initially selected for virtualization Hyper-V technology as at that time it was the solution, more available to us, afterwards we selected the products guaranteed compatible to what at us is already implemented. Now we work with Microsoft not only on creation of the platform, but also we implement Dynamics AX and CRM for management of educational process, and we transfer accounting to Axapta. I want to be sure that all this will be compatible and will be able to work as it is provided directly by the producer. In that case lower the probability of failures, is less risks and in general much more attractive are financial conditions of project implementation. There is also one more important point: I am limited in qualified personnel, and I do not want to implement the solutions requiring unique specialists who alone and will understand as as functions and will begin to dictate to me such terms that I also will not be able to satisfy", - Anosov emphasized.
