The KABEST company booked audit of vulnerability of city airport Khabarovsk.

Task

Federal law No. 16-FZ "About transport security" obliges objects of transport infrastructure to undergo statutory audit on security to estimate a current status and to define degree of protection against potential threats. Evaluating vulnerabilities is entrusted to the KABEST company accredited by Rosaviatsiya for conducting similar works.

Solution

The assessment of vulnerability of the international airport Khabarovsk (New) in terms of security is carried out. The corresponding conclusion is issued by Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya). This step became the first step for implementation of plans of the guide of the airport to ensuring complex security of the transport hub.

Specialists of "KABEST" in details analyzed documentation of the airport on security, checked its compliance to requirements of the regulatory base. Then the object perimeter was inspected, its technical and technical characteristics, including geological, hydrological and geographical features of arrangement are studied.

Also technical means of protection of air terminal — a front desk, the customs equipment of baggage, metaldetectors, video surveillance systems, etc. underwent audit. With service of aviation security of the airport (SAB) specialists of "KABEST" defined methods of implementation of potential threats and made the list of the critical elements revealed at inspection of an object.

The conclusion which reflected a current status of security of the airport Khabarovsk became results of work of "KABEST". Results of assessment of vulnerability of the Khabarovsk airport are approved by Federal Air Transport Agency.
