Automation of Manhattan Associates SCALE (ILS) of a warehouse complex of Spektr company

The Spektr company constantly develops, considers new ways of business optimization therefore the difficult task was set for system integrator CORUS Consulting Group: propose the universal solution for a warehouse complex which would provide management of all warehouse business processes taking into account a geographically-distributed structure and heterogeneity of warehouse: a system should be unrolled on 12 warehouse points. The intelligent system of management of the warehouse Manhattan Associates SCALE 2011 became such solution.

Implementation of the WMS system of Manhattan SCALE will take place in a new warehouse in Voronezh. During the project specialists of CORUS Consulting Group will have to provide training of an implementation team of Spektr company which will be able to scale further the solution on other warehouses of the company and also independently to optimize business processes, without involvement of third-party integrator. It is supposed that further a system will be replicated on other warehouses of the company by forces of IT - department of Spektr.
