Content

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated activity of MADOU Buzdyaksky kindergarten No. 6 of the municipal district the Buzdyaksky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan using software "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8".

Task

Earlier account on kindergarten was kept on a centralized basis by accounting of Department of formation of the municipal district the Buzdyaksky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan. In 2011 kindergartens received the status of the municipal autonomous preschool educational institutions (MAPEI) and were selected for separate balance. From this point organizations had to keep independently accounting, tax, personnel account and accounting of services in keeping of children and also to calculate the salary to the employees.

In kindergarten 30-50 different documents daily form, the salary to the employees is calculated taking into account actually fulfilled working time, different discharges, categories and allowances. Besides, in 2011 became effective new requirements of the legislation to accounting in public institutions. Manual accounting would involve too big costs of time and work. According to the recommendation of Department of formation of the municipal district accounting processes in each organization the decision - to automate by means of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and personnel of educational institution 8 systems was made.

The partner from an implementation project selects 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

Global solution

The task of automation of accounting was set the companies integrators for 11 kindergartens of Buzdyaksky district. According to the contract, a system was unrolled in 24 workplaces in eleven kindergartens.

Result

Control over expenditure of own and budgetary funds, also over not exceeding of plan assignments is as a result strengthened. The management quickly obtains up-to-date information about maintenance costs and a power supply of children, about a remaining balance of food. It allows organizations to plan deliveries of products timely. The salary to the employees is calculated taking into account a worked time, professional discharges and categories and is paid in time.

The automated conducting regulated accounting in full accordance with new requirements of the legislation is provided. All reporting is prepared qualitatively and in time.

Opinion

Nasibullina Raushaniya Akhnafovna, the chief accountant of the Municipal public institution Department of Formation of the Municipal District of the Buzdyaksky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan commented on project results: "Earlier, when account on group of kindergartens was kept by accounting of Department of formation of the municipal district, we automated activity of Department using software products 1C. As a result of implementation of systems in Department of education load of accountant officers significantly decreased, the accounting staff was cut down more, than three times. The solutions "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and personnel of educational institution 8" allowed to keep account according to new requirements of the legislation, completely automated processes of control of expenditure of budgetary funds, personnel office-work and payroll. Having estimated advantages of solutions 1C, we recommended to use them in kindergartens subordinated to us when those were selected for separate balance.
