Was born on July 16, 1949 in Armavir of Krasnodar Krai, Russia.

Education

Graduated from the Magnitogorsk mining and metallurgical institute of G.N. Nosov as "A mining engineer on a technology and a comprehensive mechanization of underground mining of minerals".

Scientific degree

Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Career

1972-1978 - the mine foreman, the chief of mountain section, the deputy chief engineer for mining operations of the mine, the chief of the mine, the chief of technological department at the Solikamsk potash plant.

1982 - the associate director on production of the consolidation "Sylvinite".

1990 - the CEO of the consolidation "Sylvinite". Directed privatization of the enterprise, and afterwards became one of major shareholders of JSC Silvinit.

2007 - the board member of JSC Silvinit.

2010 - ^[4] sold 47% of shares of JSC Silvinit to structures of the deputy of the State Duma Zelimkhan Mutsoyev and the co-owner of Sibuglemet Anatoly Skurov].

2012 - there was the structure of Board of Directors JSC Kopeisk Machine-building Plant^[5].

Full member of Academy of mining sciences.

Under its management reconstruction of the operating productions, upgrade of the technology and mountain equipment, technology schemes was carried out that helped to increase technological level of production, the release of new types of products is mastered, for the first time in the world liquid waste of enrichment of potash ores underground was put.

Implementing Kondrashev's developments, it turned out to increase performance of kombaynovy complexes at extraction of silvinitovy and karnallitovy ore, to improve an ecological situation in the region.

Hobbies

Actively is fond of sports tourism, in 2009^[6] made ascension to Kilimanjaro^[6].

Interesting Facts

In the summer 2001 company management Uralkali suspected Kondrashev and JSC Silvinit of initiation of legal procedure against the company. The shareholder of Uralkali company of JSC Detstvo-1 Investment Fund tried to sue dividend payout out.

In 2009 trial on intra production affairs with the director of Uralkali concerned it. For payment of the license of JSC Silvinit took the credit in VTB for the amount of 35 billion rubles. Kondrashov considers himself first of all managing though his personal savings in 2009 equaled to 850 million dollars^[7].

2010 - redeemed the Solikamsk magnesian plant from new owners of JSC Silvinit, conducts negotiations on purchase of the Verkhnekamsky ship-building^[8].
