Education

In 1997 graduated from the Ivanovo state power university, faculty of information science and ADP equipment.

Career

Held executive positions in a number of the leading telecommunication companies of the Ivanovo region:

• 2000 - the deputy chief engineer of Broadcasting company "Inter TV";
• 2002 - the CEO of Inter-Telecom LLC.
• Further passed to work as the CEO of Ivtelekom LLC.

In 2008 it was appointed to the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Ivanovo region on transport and communication.

Since 2010 – the head of department on informatization of the Ivanovo region.

For July 20, 2017 Anton Pavlovich Kolmogorov works as the adviser to the governor of the Ivanovo region for informatization.

Family

He is married, brings up the daughter.
