All labor experience of Alexey Vazhnov was connected with work in the field of information technologies in the Russian and international companies in Moscow.
In March, 2012 he was appointed to the position of the chief of Head department of information technologies and communications of the Tver region. In April, 2013 this management was renamed into the Ministry of the industry and information technologies of the Tver region where Alexey Vazhnov held a position of the first deputy minister.
